You and Your Heart (In Conversation)

When the journey is about to begin, things are going to be new and you are scared; listen to your Heart as it is has the most optimistic answers, and it NEVER wants you to back down.

What are you going to do?

Try, if I can change your perception

Tell me, what creeps you out the most?

- Change!

It means, you are scared of a precious part of life coming to an end;

Leaving old things behind, arrival of something new,

Refreshing beat of a heart bringing feather of brand new will!

But, would you want to stand at a place and see everything passing by which could be you?

- Of course Not; but tell me about second one: Obstacles

No doubt there will be hurdles, barriers, and trouble-making road blocks

But do you want to see yourself as the one who defeated all the monsters

Struggler who solved the mysteries, went on the adventure

And won the treasure!

Or who broke at the starting line?

- Winner I want to be called, but the scariest is being Alone!

Alone? Who says you are going to travel alone?

Loved ones and old buddies will always have your back

New friends and strangers will encourage you staying by your side

Who says you are walking alone, almighty will be walking along!

- How do I take the First Step? What if I don’t reach to an End?

Beginning is always bittersweet, ending something close to heart;

Showing something beautiful at other part!
Only first few steps will be difficult, so gather all your strength and start.

Nobody knows where the end is, but it is out there, somewhere…

How many trials you will get, the sorrows you will undergo;

The hard deeds you will have to perform;

The joys you will find on the journey is unknown

But there is only one way to find out;

So,

Are you ready yet? To Begin?

- YES! A Big YES!

The First One - Rebirth!

There comes a period when your life is at halt,

Life is paused, yet there are things happening;

Life is quiet yet there are loud noises; noises which are destructive, violating!

Life is as still as calm water, but there is tsunami occurring inside.

You find yourself in a dark room

Encircled by your feelings, your emotions; by questions of past and the future;

Encircled by smile and tears; by bravery and fears;

Encircled by flowers and the thorns; by fake and natural!

You were trapped within

Trapped in things which you could not say, which were ignored;

You spoke but people were listening like it happened every day;

They were consoling, some were hearing only to respond!

All these people gave hands to break you out from the darkness

The hands were familiar, yet they were unknown;

You forced away all because you never found the one;

The one - who would listen, who would understand, explain and nurture.

You were still in dark sobbing

Being corroded by thoughts, questions and worries;

Yet kept hope of that one hand - one person, filled with love and care.

When you had enough, you fought the absence of light and made a tiny hole

You struggled more but the demons fired back and the dump was again whole!

Then you saw a person entering easily breaking all the black layers

But you pushed away assuming it was as same as others, and

Because whoever told you that they cared were not there, not anymore!

The person came again, you repeated your action

In your bewilderment the one came back anyway, now you looked upon;

This time you saw the brightness that person had brought along

You took the hand, and you were close to where you actually belonged!

The one helped defeat the monsters

Monsters of the past, unfriendly feelings, and uncertainty of future

The one helped to let go, and more significantly to move on!

And the present became crystal clear.

The one taught to accept the self, everything that you felt

More importantly, taught to express.

The one made easy to believe in concept of everyone having a story to live

Made easier to gather the dreams and revive!

The one taught not to give up, on aims, on relations, on people;

Taught to accept them as they are, to give everything everyone some space, some time.

The one helped understand it is ok to need someone, as everyone needs support

But to believe in yourself first!

The one instructed not to stress out about people who left or who might leave; in questioning whys and ifs;

Who belong in your life will always stay no matter what – encouraged to believe.

The one eliminated negativity, giving the positive outlook

More, replaced spoiled way of looking at life with beneficial one.

The one made the destructive noise go mum, and gave the courage

Courage to pronounce 'This is not the end of the story!'

The one illuminated your gloomy inside

Establishing love, care and kindness one more time.

Now you were able to enjoy the time as it came,

You were able to see beautiful tomorrow, even fighting all the obstacles with delight.

The dark chamber having demons, now felt like a womb;

The one was successful in revitalize;

And now the pause in which you felt anxious and too broken to live appeared as the process of your REBIRTH!
